Considering renting in The Polo Club?
When you become a Polo renter, you are treated as if you are an existing member. Each property is associated with a type of Membership in Polo, and when you rent, that membership is transferred to you. Whether it may be social, tennis, golf, or any of those combinations of membership, you have the capability to upgrade your membership offerings if it is not included with the property you rent.
The club welcomes renters with in-season cocktail parties and breakfast meet and greets to help enhance your trial experience. It truly is a fantastic way to experience all that the club has to offer.
It’s never too early to make a rental commitment.
If renting in Polo is what you would like to do, it is suggested to contact Michael and Wendy as soon as possible. The rental market is very competitive and starting a search in early spring for the upcoming season is advised. There is a minimum of a 3-month rental period.
Michael and Wendy certainly understand the idea of ‘trying out’ the club experience, but historically they have found within the first 30 days of their clients renting in Polo, those renters often decided to launch their search to buy.
