Renting in The Polo Club is a great way to experience the community and all that club life has to offer before making a commitment. There is a minimum three month rental period in Polo.
When you become a Polo renter, you are treated as an existing member. Each property is associated with a specific type of Polo membership, and when you rent, that membership is transferred to you for the duration of your lease. Depending on the property, this may include social, racquets, golf, or a combination of membership privileges. If your rental does not include the level of membership you would like, you have the option to upgrade.
The Club welcomes seasonal renters with cocktail parties and breakfast meet and greets, making it easy to become part of the community and experience the Polo lifestyle firsthand.
We have found that many of our clients who initially rent in Polo decide within their first 30 days that they would like to begin looking for a home to purchase.

The Polo Club rental market is very competitive, and beginning your search in early spring for the upcoming season is recommended.
